Top Order

In the top order, Indian batter Abhishek Porel and Faf du Plessis will open the innings for the team. Both batters have performed well for the team this season, playing a significant role. Batting at the third position, the team will have Karun Nair, who is coming off an exceptional domestic season and has played a few notable innings this season as well.

Middle Order

 DC will have captain Axar Patel at number 4 in the middle order, while KL Rahul is expected to bat next to him, depending on the situation.
