Top Order

In the top order, Delhi Capital has Shafali Verma and Meg Lanning as the openers. Shafali, who opens for India, is well known for her aggressive batting and is currently the fourth-highest run scorer of the season with 300 runs in 8 matches. Lanning will be her partner on the other side of the pitch, becoming one of the deadliest opening duos in the tournament. Lanning also scored 263 in the 8 matches and is the fifth-highest run scorer of the season. For the third number, there will be the star Indian batter Jemimah Rodrigues. Rodrigues has struggled in most of the matches, and it will be interesting to see whether she performs for the team in the finals or not.

Middle Order

Marizanne Kapp, along with Jess Jonassen and Annabel, will lead the team in the middle order. With her vast experience and pressure-handling capabilities, Kapp will be a key player in big matches like finals. Jess Jonassen and Annabel have scored 137 and 93 runs, respectively, in the season.

Lower Order

In the lower order, the team has wicketkeepers Sarah Bryce and Niki Prasad. Both players didn't get the chance to bat in the season but have shown their form in starting a few matches. If there is an early collapse, these two players will be crucial.

Bowler

The Delhi Capitals have one of the best bowling lineups in the tournament. The three Indian bowlers are Nikki Prasad, Shikha Pandey, and Arundhati Reddy. Along with them, all-rounders like Marizanne Kapp and Jess Jonassen play a big role in bowling. In the current season, Shikha Pandey has taken 11 wickets, while Jess Jonassen has also taken 11 wickets. They are currently the fifth and sixth-highest wicket-takers of the season, respectively.
