Smriti Mandhana ICC ODI RankingsIndia’s vice-captain Smriti Mandhana remains the No.1 batter in the ICC Women’s ODI rankings, reaching a career-best 828 points after a strong World Cup where she scored 365 runs in seven innings with a century and two fifties. Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner moved up to second with 731 points following her unbeaten hundred against England.

There were some big moves in the ICC Women’s ODI batters rankings this week. South African captain Laura Wolvaardt shot up two places to third after her 90 against Pakistan. England’s Amy Jones also impressed, climbing four spots to ninth thanks to her unbeaten 86 versus New Zealand. For India, Jemimah Rodrigues rose eight places to 19th, while Pratika Rawal made a huge leap, jumping 12 spots to 27th after her century in the same game.

England’s Sophie Ecclestone remains the No.1 bowler in the ICC Women’s ODI rankings, but Australia’s Alana King is closing in after climbing five spots to second with 698 points, following her seven-wicket haul against South Africa.

Several Indian bowlers have moved up in the latest rankings with Renuka Singh Thakur climbing seven spots to 19th and Kranti Gaud also rising seven places to joint 25th. The ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 is now at its business end with Australia, England, South Africa and India set to face off in the semifinals for a place in the final and a shot at the trophy.
