Hayley Matthews

Hayley Matthews is a Barbadian all-rounder and the current captain of the West Indies women's cricket team. As of late 2025, she is a top-ranked T20I all-rounder who also plays for several domestic teams globally, including the Mumbai Indians in the WPL. 

Matthews made her international debut for the West Indies at just 16 years old in 2014 and became the team's captain in June 2022. 

Hayley Matthews has achieved significant milestones, including winning the 2016 T20 World Cup with the West Indies and earning the ICC Women's T20I Cricketer of the Year award in 2023.
