Ravi Bopara's Stunning Over: 6 Sixes and 37 Runs Against Robin Uthappa

Former England all-rounder Ravi Bopara electrified the cricket world by smashing six consecutive sixes in a single over against India’s Robin Uthappa during the Hong Kong Sixes tournament. Bopara targeted Uthappa mercilessly, resulting in an astonishing 37 runs from the over, which included six sixes and a wide. He reached his half-century in just 14 balls.

After hitting five sixes in the first five legal deliveries, Bopara added another maximum on the seventh delivery following a wide. He continued his rampage, hitting one more six off Shahbaz Nadeem’s first ball, bringing his total to seven consecutive sixes.

Bopara ended his explosive innings with 53 runs off 14 balls, featuring eight sixes. His teammate Samit Patel also shone, scoring 51 runs from just 18 balls, contributing to England's impressive total of 120/1 in six overs. Despite notable performances from India's Bharat Chipli (21 off 7), Shreevats Goswami (27 off 10), and Kedar Jadhav (48 not out off 15), India fell short, finishing at 105 runs.
