IPL 2025: Updated Orange and Purple Cap standings after the LSG vs RCB match

IPL 2025: Updated Orange and Purple Cap standings after the LSG vs RCB match

All 70 matches of the group stage have now been played in IPL 2025. The last match was played between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB had to win this match to reach the top 2. Of course, Lucknow had given a mountain-like target of 228 runs to RCB. But this target seemed very small in front of Bangalore captain Jitesh Sharma. Because Jitesh finished this match while remaining unbeaten and has taken his team, RCB, to the top 2, the team will play in the first qualifier against Punjab Kings on 29 May.

A total of 70 matches have been played so far in IPL 2025. Today, a single game was held, which led to several changes in the race for the Orange Cap and Purple Cap. Seeing which batters are leading the charge in this race has become even more interesting with these developments. We’ll quickly take a look at the top 10 batters and bowlers who have maintained their dominance in the season after the final league match.

Orange Cap standings

After the LSG vs RCB match, Virat Kohli gained one place to be placed fifth after his fifty against Lucknow Super Giants. The RCB batter currently has 602 runs from 14 matches.
