In August 2026, India will travel to Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series, their first tour of the island nation since 2017. Later in the year, India will visit New Zealand for a two-match series in October-November 2026.

India's WTC cycle will conclude in early 2027 with a five-match Test series against Australia at home, competing for the prestigious Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT).
