Virat Kohli Gifts Special Gesture to Delhi's Shivam Sharma After Ranji Trophy Win Against Railways

Virat Kohli had a special gift reserved for Delhi's Ranji trophy hero Shivam Sharma. On February 1 Shivam Sharma took 5 wickets against Railways. Delhi won by innings and 19 runs in the Elite Group D in Arun Jaitley Stadium. 

Kohli did not play well in the first inning scoring only six runs and dismissed by Himanshu Sangwan. But the other players on the Delhi team played well. Ayush Badoni scored close to a century but dismissed on 99. Sumit Mathur played well in the batting and bowling. Mathur took 3 wickets and scored 86 runs and won the Player of the Match award. Another player who impressed was Shivam, who ran through the Railways batting order during the second innings. 

Shivam was enjoyed after receiving a gift from Virat Kohli. Shivam received the ball from the game and Virat signed it for him. Shivam showed everyone the gift on Instagram because it was something very kind that Virat did for him.

Shivam said he was pleased about how he bowled and it was his best time to remember. Shivam received the ball signed by Kohli. Shivam posted on Instagram that both standing in the dressing room, along with other ones from after the game. 

"This 5 wicket haul will always be close to my heart. Legend himself Virat Kohli bhaiya signing the ball for me made it more special. God is great and kind," said Shivam Sharma. 

Kohli hasn't played in the Ranji Trophy for about 13 years, Kohli will turn his attention towards the England ODI series and the Champions Trophy. India is going to play three ODIs against England.

Gautam Gambhir thinks Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will be important for India to win in their Champions Trophy. India is going to play all their Champions Trophy matches in Dubai.
