MS Dhoni's Golfing Clip with Donald Trump Resurfaces After Election Win

A past video featuring former Indian cricket star MS Dhoni playing golf with Donald Trump has resurfaced and gained traction on social media following Trump's victory in the US Presidential Elections. Trump, who emerged victorious over Kamala Harris, will serve as the 47th President of the United States.

Fans of Dhoni have been sharing the nostalgic clip of the duo enjoying a round of golf. One user on platform X humorously linked Trump's electoral success to Dhoni, attributing the legendary cricketer to Trump's return to power: “6-11-2024, 6+1+1+2+2+4=16, 1+6=7 ✅ Thala for a reason.”

In related news, Chennai Super Kings have decided to retain MS Dhoni for INR 4 crore ahead of the Indian Premier League 2025 mega auction. Alongside Dhoni, key players like Ruturaj Gaikwad (INR 18 crore), Ravindra Jadeja (INR 18 crore), Matheesha Pathirana (INR 13 crore), and Shivam Dube (INR 12 crore) have also been retained by the five-time champions.

Dhoni has already confirmed his participation in the 18th IPL season, expressing his desire to savor the final years of his illustrious career. “I want to enjoy the remaining years of my career. Playing professional sport demands immense commitment and emotional investment. I look forward to the coming years,” Dhoni told Free Press Journal.

The mega auction is scheduled for November 24 and 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
