Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2026 Schedule Announced: Bengaluru to Host Playoffs and Final

The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has announced the auction date and schedule for the Maharaja Trophy T20 2026. Earlier, Mysuru and Hubballi were confirmed as the tournament venues, but Bengaluru's M. Chinnaswamy Stadium has now been added to host matches as well.

The tournament will return to the Chinnaswamy Stadium for the final phase of the competition. The last 10 matches, including the playoffs, will be played in Bengaluru. The tournament was last held at the venue in 2024 before KSCA shifted matches to Mysuru and Hubballi to expand its reach across Karnataka.

According to KSCA, the Mysuru leg will run from June 20 to 26, followed by matches in Hubballi from June 27 to July 3. The action will then move to Bengaluru from July 5 to 12 for the concluding stages of the tournament.

The 2026 season will also feature two newly renamed teams. Shivamogga Yodhas (formerly Shivamogga Lions) will take on Mysore Warriors in their opening match, while Coastal Kings Mangaluru (formerly Mangaluru Dragons) will make their debut against Hubli Tigers on June 21. The player auction will be held in Bengaluru on June 5 from 9 AM to 1 PM, with over 150 players set to go under the hammer. Fans can watch the auction live on SonyLIV and Sony Ten 5.
