KKR's auction strategy included a prudent investment of INR 5.60 crore on opening batsmen Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Quinton de Kock. While the increased salary cap—from INR 100 crore to INR 120 crore—inevitably drives up player prices, our focus was on preserving our core lineup. We were determined not to lose Venkatesh Iyer, a key asset to our team."
