The Crown symbolizes "pride and responsibility." LSG said that "wearing the LSG jersey is a matter of pride because every time the players take the field, they represent the hopes of millions of people." The Elephant, which is placed at the center of the logo, symbolizes "strength, wisdom, patience, and unity." It also represents the "strong and loyal support of LSG fans, who have been backing the team every season."

Speaking about the new logo, Shashwat Goenka, the owner of LSG, and the vice chairman of the RPSG Group, said, “This new logo is very emotional for us. The people of Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh have welcomed the Super Giants into their hearts from day one. This logo is an ode to that love and trust. Garuda symbolizes our aspirations to fly higher. The Crown symbolizes the pride that you place upon us every time we step out to play. And the Elephant symbolizes the strength and loyalty that this region is known for.”
