IPL 2025: SRH Playoffs Qualification Scenario – Can Hyderabad Still Make the Top 4? Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are in a tough spot this IPL season. After playing seven matches they have only won two. This means they are near the bottom of the points table and must win most of their remaining games to have a chance at reaching the playoffs.

What’s Going Wrong?

In their recent game against Mumbai Indians, SRH lost by four wickets. The loss resulted in two point deductions and negatively affected their Net Run Rate (NRR). The Net Run Rate becomes crucial because it determines which team advances when two teams share the same number of points.

Throughout their season, SRH has experienced both positive and negative results. The bowling unit of SRH has shown occasional strong performances yet their batting line-up has been unreliable. The team must achieve balanced performances from both their batting and bowling units if they want to continue competing in the playoff race.
