Indian Team hasn’t shared any information regarding the incident yet.
KL Rahul opened the innings even after Rohit Sharma came, who sacrificed his opening position because Rahul was batting well. Rohit Sharma missed the first test in Perth because he was on paternity leave.
Kl Rahul has an opportunity to achieve a rare milestone in the next Boxing Day test, he could become the first batsman to score three continuous centuries in Boxing Day tests. In the last two Boxing Day appearances, in 2021 and 2023, both against South Africa is code 123 and 101 in those tests, respectively.
