The ILT20 2025 playoffs have become clearer now that two teams have made it and four league games remain. MI Emirates qualified as the second team to qualify, defeating Gulf Giants in Abu Dhabi by way of excellent bowling and an outstanding 140-run partnership between Nicholas Pooran and Muhammad Waseem. MI Emirates now sits in the top two, alongside Desert Vipers.

That leaves four teams chasing the last two playoff berths with barely a week left in the league phase. The margin for error is slim and the remaining fixtures are perfectly positioned to decide the final four. Two spots. Four contenders. Here’s how each of them stands.
