SA20 2025

The third edition of the SA20 league commenced on January 9th and concluded on February 8th, 2025, with the final held at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg . The season lasted approximately 31 days and featured 34 matches played among six teams .

Sunrisers Eastern Cape's Marco Jansen earned the double honor of Player of the Tournament and Bowler of the Season, taking a total of 19 wickets.

In the final, MI Cape Town claimed their maiden title by defeating the two-time defending champions, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, by a substantial margin of 76 runs. MI Cape Town's Trent Boult delivered a stunning performance, conceding just 9 runs and taking 2 wickets in his 4 overs, earning him the Player of the Match award.

Dewald Brevis was named the Rising Star of the season.
