Lasith Malinga

Lasith Malinga is a Sri Lankan former cricketer known as a right-arm fast bowler with a distinct slinging action. Though retired from all forms of international cricket since 2021, he is active in coaching and was appointed as the bowling mentor for the Mumbai Indians franchise in the 2025 Indian Premier League season. His records include being the highest wicket-taker for Sri Lanka in ODIs and T20Is, and he was the first bowler to take four wickets in four consecutive deliveries in a ODI match.
