The Tendulkar family is happily celebrating as Arjun Tendulkar is getting married to Saaniya Chandok. Arjun is the son of former Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar. He recently got engaged to Saaniya, who is a businesswoman and also trained in animal care.

While they are set to tie the knot in March 2026, they once again broke into the news as they were spotted together while extending an invitation to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. With the wedding ceremonies scheduled for next month, the couple have already garnered immense love thus far. Speaking of Saaniya and Arjun, unlike many celebrity romances, Arjun and Saaniya’s relationship didn’t start in the limelight.

Arjun and Saaniya have known each other for many years through their families. Saaniya is also said to be a close friend of Sara Tendulkar. The couple got engaged in a simple and private ceremony in August 2025. Saaniya lives in Mumbai. She comes from a prestigious business lineage and is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai, Chairman of Graviss Group.

Although she is an entrepreneur and has carved out a distinct career, her family owns and manages iconic brands like Baskin-Robbins India, Brooklyn Creamery and the InterContinental Hotel at Marine Drive.

Talking about her education, Saaniya studied at well-known Mumbai schools like BD Somani International School and The Cathedral and John Connon School. After finishing school, she went to the UK and graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE), where she studied Business Management. Saaniya specialised in animal care at the Worldwide Veterinary Service. Tendulkar’s fiancé, who is a qualified Veterinary Technician, is also the founder of Mr Paws, a luxury pet grooming and wellness spa in Mumbai.
