IPL 2026 Playoffs Ticket Booking Details: Dates, Timings, Venues Revealed The Board of Control for Cricket in India has officially announced the ticket sale dates for the IPL 2026 playoffs. The update was released on Monday, May 18, just ahead of the penultimate league-stage clash between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Earlier, the BCCI had also confirmed the venues and schedule for all four playoff matches, with the IPL 2026 final set to be played at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium.

According to the official announcement, ticket sales for the playoffs will begin on May 20. However, fans with RuPay Credit Cards will receive an exclusive 24-hour priority access window for tickets to Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator.

The exclusive sale for these two matches will begin at 7:00 PM IST on May 20, while general public sales will open from 8:00 PM IST on May 21.

Similarly, RuPay Credit Cardholders will receive early access for Qualifier 2 and the Final on May 22 from 7:00 PM IST. Non-exclusive public ticket sales for the final two playoff matches will begin on May 23 from 8:00 PM IST.

The BCCI has appointed District by Zomato as the official ticketing partner for the IPL 2026 playoffs. Fans can purchase tickets either through the platform’s mobile app or official website. Tickets will also be available through the official IPL website.

The playoff schedule was unveiled earlier this month. Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium will host the Eliminator on May 27 and Qualifier 2 on May 29. Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium has been selected to host Qualifier 1 on May 26.

The grand final will take place in Ahmedabad on May 31, with all matches scheduled to start at 7:30 PM IST.

As of now, Royal Challengers Bengaluru are the only team to officially qualify for the IPL 2026 playoffs after defeating Punjab Kings by 23 runs in Dharamsala. Gujarat Titans also look set to secure qualification soon, having already reached 16 points.

The race for the remaining two playoff spots remains intense, with Sunrisers Hyderabad, Punjab Kings, Chennai Super Kings, and Rajasthan Royals still in contention heading into the final round of league matches.
