Virat Kohli Transfers Gurugram Property Ownership to Brother Vikas: Reports

Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has retired from T20Is and Tests. Kohli is now only active in ODIs for Team India. After the Champions Trophy 2025, Virat Kohli will be back in action for India against Australia.

The three-match ODI series begins in Australia on October 19th, and King Kohli has already arrived in Australia for the series. However, before flying to Australia, Virat completed a significant task: he transferred the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for his Gurugram property to his elder brother, Vikas Kohli.

On October 14th, Virat Kohli visited the Wazirabad Tehsil office in Gurugram, where he officially transferred the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for his property to his elder brother, Vikas Kohli. Before leaving for Australia, Virat Kohli took time off to do this and signed several papers. The tehsil staff posed for photographs with him, and Virat also signed autographs for them.

Sources suggest that Kohli and his family recently relocated to England, prompting the decision to assign property-related rights to his brother.
