Sahibzada Farhan’s century takes him to the top of the T20 World Cup run-scorers list
Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan is now the highest run-scorer of the ongoing T20 World Cup. Farhan reached the top spot with an unbeaten 58-ball century against Namibia, which helped Pakistan set a 200-run target in a must-win game.
This was also his first century in the T20I format, with a previous best of 80* against Sri Lanka, which he scored in November last year. He is also only the second Pakistan batter to score a T20 World Cup century, with Ahmed Shehzad, who hit one against Bangladesh in the 2014 edition, being the other.
