Sachin Tendulkar Accepts Prestigious MCC Honorary Membership

Sachin Tеndulkar, the icon of Indian cricket, has been awarded honorary membеrship by the Melbourne Cricket Club. The MCC, one of the oldest and most prestigious sports clubs in Australia is proud to announcе that it has received acceptance from Tendulkar for this honorable distinction.

Sachin has been tremendous at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. He has scored 449 runs in five Test matches with an average of 44.90 and a strike rate of 58.69. He has achieved one century and three half-centuries. In 2012 the former Indian captain was also awarded the Order of Australia, which proves his huge contribution to the game.

The Melbourne Cricket Club posted on its X (formerly Twitter) account stating that Sachin Tendulkar has accepted the offer of Honorary Cricket Membership. The club stated this to be well-deserved recognition for his remarkable contribution to cricket.
