The target for Karachi was 14 runs. The bowler, Haris Rauf, was all set to bowl. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Fakhar Zaman were seen tampering with the ball and talking.

As a result, Lahore Qalandars were docked five runs, and the ball was replaced. This made the game a lot easier for the team. The target was reduced to merely 9 runs.

In the final over, Khushdil Shah was out on the first ball. However, after this, things started changing very quickly. There was a wide ball, and then Abbas Afridi hit a four and a six to win the game with three balls remaining.
