Kohli and Rohit Express Frustration Over Fans During Melbourne Training

Star cricketers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma appeared frustrated during India's practice session before the Boxing Day Test match against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Thursday evening as fans turned up on the ground.

According to recent reports, the non-stop requests from the fans have annoyed both players. As stated by RevSportz, the fans had been asking for specific shots, which had distracted the senior batters and were causing a disruption in their focus while practicing. It was seen that Virat and Rohit were both visibly upset and disappointed, not only during their practice session but even after it.

Despite the interruptions, the two batters seemed strong in nets and were putting in long, intense practice sessions for better performances for the team. Other members of the team were also seen hard at work, all for what promises to be a crucial series decider.

After the first Test in Perth, the Indian team shut their doors to fans after certain disturbing behavior from a particular group of fans. Certain sections of the fans had targeted players with their mouth, an act which has understandably irritated both Rohit Sharma and the team management.

Much more would be expected from Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma for India to stay in the hunt for the series win. Kohli played a brilliant knock by scoring a century in the second innings of the first Test, but after that performance, he didn't deliver as expected. Rohit also had a rough time regaining his rhythm after he missed the first match of the series due to family commitments.

The MCG hasn't exactly been lucky for India with the series locked at 1-1. They lost eight out of 14 matches played there, but they can draw positives from the fact that India will be looking back at their incredible comeback in the 2020-21 season, where they managed an unforgettable eight-wicket win to seal the series.
