The Gujarat Titans have made a couple of good players to strengthen their team in their Indian Premier League (IPL) auction for the year 2026, which is being hosted in Abu Dhabi. Last season, they, under the Captaincy of Shubman Gill, made it to the playoffs as Titans. However, they were eliminated by the Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 1. The former champions decided to retain five players and traded one player last month.

The Titans had a quiet season at auction, but they were able to add a seasoned professional, Jason Holder, to their Squad. A young seamer from Rajasthan, Ashok Sharma, capable of bowling over 150 kph consistently in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, was an astute pick for them.
