IPL 2025 Points Table: Team Rankings After DC vs KKR Match

Ajinkya Rahane’s Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) picked up a much-needed 14-run win over Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium to stay in the playoff race. With this win, KKR now have nine points from 10 matches and sit in seventh place just one point behind Lucknow Super Giants. For Delhi, it was their third loss in the last four games, but they’re still in fourth place with 12 points from 10 matches just ahead of Punjab Kings still have a match to play.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s brilliant century powered Rajasthan Royals (RR) to an eight-wicket win over Gujarat Titans (GT) in their latest match in Jaipur. It was RR’s third win of the season, helping them climb to eighth place on the points table and keeping their slim playoff hopes alive.

Coming back to the match, Kolkata Knight Riders beat Delhi Capitals by 14 runs in a high-scoring contest. After being put in to bat, KKR put up a strong total of 204 for 9, thanks to a solid team effort with the bat, led by Angkrish Raghuvanshi’s 44 off 32 balls. In reply, Delhi Capitals fought hard with key knocks from Faf du Plessis (62), Axar Patel (43), and Vipraj Nigam (38), but fell short at 190 for 9. Sunil Narine starred with the ball for KKR, taking 3 for 29, while Mitchell Starc picked up 3 for 43 for DC. Spinners Axar (2/27) and Nigam (2/41) also chipped in with two wickets each.
