ICC Women’s Championship Updated Points Table after Pakistan's whitewash of Zimbabwe

ICC Women’s Championship Updated Points Table after Pakistan's whitewash of ZimbabwePakistan Women have climbed up to the second place after whitewashing Zimbabwe Women 3-0 in Karachi. The hosts displayed a dominant performance in all three games, with the top order shouldering the bulk of run-scoring. Openers Sadaf Shamas and Gull Feroza scored their maiden centuries and took their tallies to 289 and 256, respectively, in three games.

The pair became just the second opening duo to stitch a 200-run partnership in WODIs history, after sharing a 220-run stand in the third ODI against Zimbabwe on Saturday.

Sadaf, with 447 runs in six games, is the highest run-scorer in the ICC Women’s Championship, followed by New Zealand’s Maddy Green (427) and Amelia Kerr (355).

Pakistan now have eight points after winning four out of their six games, including one ODI win versus South Africa aside from the whitewash. The top spot is occupied by New Zealand women, who have only lost one out of their six games.
