ICC Test Rankings: Rishabh Pant and Scott Boland Break into the Top 10 with Impressive Performances

Team India star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant made a comeback into the top 10 ICC Test rankings for batters. He had slipped out of the top 10 in the past few weeks of ICC rankings but an amazing performance against Australia in Sydney made him enter in top 10. Rishabh Pant has scored a quick 61 runs from just 33 balls in the second innings and also pant scored 40 runs in the first innings. These efforts made him jump three places to secure 9th place with 739 rating points.

The Australian fast bowler Scott Boland delivered an amazing performance in the Sydney test against India by taking 10 wickets, which included a six-wicket haul in the second innings. With this performance, he earned the Player of the Match award, which also helped him to climb 29 spots to enter the top 10 bowlers in the ICC bowlers rankings. Scott Boland is now in 9th place tied with the Indian spinner Ravinder Jadeja, both have 745 rating points in the rankings

Jasprit Bumrah, the Indian star fast bowler remains at the top of the ICC test bowlers rankings with his career-best rating of 908 points. The Australian captain Pat Cummins also moved up to second place while Kagiso Rabada is now in third place in the rankings. Due to injury, Josh Hazlewood missed the last two Test matches against India and has dropped to the 4th spot.

In the all-rounder rankings, Ravindra Jadeja continues to hold his top place among all-rounders. where Marcos Jansen has climbed to the 2nd spot in the all-rounder test rankings with 294 rating points.

Temba Bavuma also moved up three spots to reach the sixth position in the rankings after scoring an amazing hundred against Pakistan in Cape Town.
