The fourth season of the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2026 was held from 9 January to 5 February across Navi Mumbai and Vadodara . In a record-breaking final, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) successfully chased down a target of 204 runs to defeat Delhi Capitals by six wickets, securing their second WPL title . RCB's captain Smriti Mandhana was the highest run-scorer of the tournament, earning the Orange Cap for her 377 runs, and was also named Player of the Match in the final . Gujarat Giants' all-rounder Sophie Devine claimed the Purple Cap for taking 17 wickets and was also awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the season . Delhi Capitals' pacer Nandni Sharma, who took 17 wickets including a hat-trick, was named the Emerging Player of the tournament .
