WTC Points Table 2025-27 after New Zealand vs West Indies 3rd Test

New Zealand played really well and won the series 2-0 at Bay Oval. Jacob Duffy took five wickets for the third Test in a row, helping New Zealand win the third and final Test by a huge 323 runs. The West Indies were all out for just 51 runs today.
Earlier in the Test, New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first. It looked like a green top but Tom Latham and Devon Conway managed to bat through the first session and then piled on the runs. Both the openers scored mammoth hundreds. Latham scored 137 but Conway went on to get to his 2nd double century.
Rachin Ravindra scored an unbeaten half-century as New Zealand declared their first innings at 575 for 8. Jayden Seales, Anderson Phillip and Justin Greaves all picked up two wickets apiece, while Roston Chase and Kemar Roach got one wicket.

In reply, West Indies showed great fight as they got to 420 thanks to an unbeaten half-century from Kavem Hodge. Brandon King struck a half-century, while John Campbell (45), Alick Athanaze (45), Justin Greaves (43) all got starts but failed to convert it into a big knock.
With a lead of 155 runs, New Zealand came out all guns blazing. Openers, Tom Latham and Devon Conway again got tons to set the stage for a massive total. Rachin Ravindra and Kane Williamson also scored quick 40s to set West Indies a target of 465.
In reply, Brandon King and John Campbell started well and added 87 for the first wicket but once that partnership was broken, it all went downhill pretty quickly for the tourists. Jacob Duffy ran through the batting line-up with another five-wicket haul and Ajaz Patel bagged three wickets. Glenn Phillips and Rachin Ravindra chipped in with one apiece to bowl out the Windies for 138 and take the final Test by a massive margin of 323 runs.
The result has pushed New Zealand to second in the WTC standings. West Indies remain at the bottom.
