The IPL 2026 playoffs have become very competitive after the Gujarat Titans won against the Punjab Kings in an intense battle held in Ahmedabad. Punjab Kings managed to score 163 runs. Shedge played an excellent innings and made 57 runs. Stoinis made 40 runs for the team. However, Gujarat Titans bowled well, and Holder made 4 wickets for his team.

For Gujarat, Sudharsan managed to score 57 runs. Finally, Sundar kept his cool and made a six, giving victory to his team. GT has achieved a remarkable performance by winning three consecutive games.

However, despite losing two consecutive games, the Punjab Kings maintain their first position with 13 points. Gujarat Titans are placed fifth, with 12 points and have a chance of qualifying for playoffs along with other teams. Therefore, there is a lot of competition among teams based on the points table.
