IPL 2026: Most Runs and Wickets After Last-Ball Thriller Between Gujarat Titans and Delhi Capitals
Arun Jaitley Stadium was the stage for an intense game of IPL 2026. Gujarat Titans defeated Delhi Capitals by 1 run. Chasing 211 runs for victory, Delhi had KL Rahul who scored 92 runs and kept Delhi within reach.
Delhi required 9 runs to win the match in the final over of the game. However, Gujarat managed to block any chances of Delhi winning and restricted Delhi to 209/8. It was an intense match which saw Gujarat win its first game of the season.
Earlier in the match, batting for Gujarat, Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler scored 70 runs and 52 runs respectively while Washington Sundar contributed 55 runs, his first fifty of the IPL season. After the thrilling match, players from both the teams were climbing up the Orange Cap and Purple Cap list.
