How much have Pakistan earned from the 2026 T20 World Cup?
Pakistan crashed out of the 2026 T20 World Cup before reaching the semi-finals, having won only one of their three Super Eights fixtures. It marked the fourth time they finished an ICC event campaign without making the semi-finals.
What will the top four earn?
Overall, they were placed sixth in the global event, with West Indies, semi-finalists England and South Africa, and finalists India and New Zealand finishing ahead of them. This earns them USD 522,692, less than four times of what title winners India took away, USD 2,639,423.
Runner-up New Zealand and semi-finalist South Africa will take USD 1,422,692 and USD 1,005,577 respectively. England, on the other hand, fall just below the USD 1 million mark as they receive USD 974,423 for reaching the semi-finals.
Among the teams that, like Pakistan, crashed out in the Super Eights, only West Indies earned more than the men in green, receiving USD 538,269 for their fifth-place finish.
Teams that were eliminated in Group stages
Australia, Afghanistan and the USA earned USD 309,808 each for winning two of their four group-stage matches and finishing third in their respective groups. Although Scotland also finished third in their group, they won only one of their four matches, which reduced their earnings to USD 278,654.
Ireland are the only Full Member nation earning less than USD 300,000, with their final prize money standing at USD 271,731.
Italy, Netherlands, UAE and Nepal have been awarded USD 256,154 each, while Canada, Namibia and Oman take home USD 225,000.
