The advisory specifically requests fans not to burst crackers, organize road celebrations, or participate in any activities that could create safety concerns. Residents have also been asked to strictly follow all safety guidelines issued by the police. The objective is to prevent any untoward incidents and ensure that celebrations, if any, remain peaceful and controlled.

Police have also imposed restrictions on public screenings. LED walls facing roads are prohibited unless prior permission has been obtained from the authorities. Existing LED displays have been barred from broadcasting the match, while malls, pubs, restaurants, and other commercial establishments have been instructed not to install outdoor screens that could attract large gatherings in public spaces.

Additionally, fans have been advised against organizing celebrations in public places. The advisory extends to social media as well, with authorities warning against provocative content, hateful messages, or posts that could inflame tensions among supporters of different teams. “Under the pretext of the match result, fans of other teams should not be provoked, insulted, or engaged in behaviour that may lead to fights,” the advisory stated.

Narendra Modi Stadium Set for a Packed Final

Meanwhile, all eyes will be on the Narendra Modi Stadium, which boasts a seating capacity of approximately 1,30,000 spectators. The venue is expected to witness a packed house for the highly anticipated final between two of the season’s strongest teams.

Gujarat Titans enter the contest with the advantage of playing at their home ground. Familiar conditions and strong local support could provide them with a slight edge in what promises to be a fiercely contested encounter.
