BCCI Signs ₹45-Crore Deal: Asian Paints Becomes New Colour Partner for Three Years

The BCCI’s list of sponsors has grown again, with another brand coming on board. The team has signed a new colour partner, as Asian Paints joins the lineup. This adds one more name to the group of companies currently supporting the BCCI. The BCCI has made it to the headlines once again, and it is not due to some performances. This time, the board has been on the headlines for having a new company as their sponsor.
Asian Paints have now joined the team as their new colour partner for the next few years, adding their name to the elite list of companies partnering with the BCCI. This partnership between the BCCI and Asian Paints has been announced on Tuesday, and it will provide a valuable addition to the BCCI. Moreover, being the partners of the biggest cricket board, it will be beneficial for the Asian Paints also to reap profits from the same. They have joined the long list of associate sponsors of the team.
BCCI Signs ₹45-Crore, Three-Year Colour Partnership with Asian Paints
On Tuesday, the BCCI and Asian Paints confirmed that the company has come on board as the BCCI’s new colour partner. Asian Paints has been involved in cricket sponsorships before, and this new deal further strengthens its presence in the sport. With a turnover of over ₹30,000 crore, Asian Paints has now taken up the colour partner role. The deal between the BCCI and Asian Paints is believed to be worth around ₹45 crore. While the exact details haven’t been officially revealed, the partnership is expected to run for three years.

The partnership between BCCI and Asian Paints isn’t only for India’s international matches. It covers a total of 110 games, including international matches, the Women’s Premier League, and the Indian Premier League. This is not for the very first time that Asian Paints is partnering with cricket. They have been active in this field for almost a decade now, and fans have seen that they have partnered with several IPL teams too. The company started off by partnering with Kolkata Knight Riders back in IPL 2019.
Following this, they have also worked with popular Indian cricketers to attract more audiences. The company is also involved in other sports leagues in India. They have partnered with Kerala FC, a well-known football team.
