Adil Rashid Back to No. 1 in T20I Bowling Rankings

The England star spinner Adil Rashid has regained his No. 1 spot in the ICC Men's T20I Bowling Rankings. His amazing performance in the ongoing series against India was excellent. At the end of 2023, the experienced English spinner reached the top position and stayed there for most of the year in the T20I bowling rankings. In 2024 before Christmas, the West Indies spinner Akeal Hosein overtook Adil Rashid. Now, Rashid with his recent performances against India reclaimed the top spot.

Varun Chakaravarthy Jumps to No. 5 in Bowling Ranking

The mystery spinner Varun Chakaravarthy has made a huge jump in the ICC T20I Bowling Rankings with his excellent bowling skills. He climbed 25 places to secure the No. 5 spot in the T20I bowling rankings. His best figures came in the third T20I game in Rajkot, where he picked up a brilliant five-wicket haul against England. Since his return to the T20I squad, he became a key player for the Indian team with his sharp bowling variations and accuracy to trouble the batters.

He was the star of the South Africa series by scoring two unbeaten back-to-back centuries. In the second T20I against England in Chennai, he guided India to victory with a match-winning knock by scoring 72 runs in just 55 balls.
