After a wait of 8 years, the ICC Champions Trophy tournament has finally arrived and will be played in Pakistan and Dubai this time. The team will play the first match, which will also be the tournament opener, against New Zealand on 19th February in Karachi, while the team will play its next match against its travel India on 23rd February in Dubai while the terminal player's last match against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi on 27th February.

Pakistan's Greatest Champions Trophy Journey

The champions' trophy, which was earlier called the ICC Knockout Trophy in 1998 and 2000, in both season, the Pakistan team reached the semi-finals but lost. Pakistan's wait for the Champions Trophy finally ended in 2017. The Pakistani team lifted the prestigious Trophy for the first time ever after defeating India by a massive 180 runs.
