No Relief for Yash Dayal: Rajasthan High Court Rejects Bail in Minor Rape Case

Royal Challengers Bangalore's fast bowler Yash Dayal's troubles are not reducing. Yash has not got any relief from Rajasthan High Court in the case of rape of a minor girl. While hearing the petition, the court said that the victim in the case is a minor. In such a situation, arrest and police action cannot be stopped.

Yash Dayal’s bail rejected, arrest possible

A girl from Jaipur has accused cricketer Yash Dayal of raping her by promising to help her build a career in cricket. She has filed a police case against him in Jaipur. Based on this, the police are expected to take action. In response, Yash Dayal filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court, asking for a stay on his arrest.

The court has summoned the case diary in the case and the next hearing is scheduled for 22nd August. During the hearing, Yash's lawyer Kunal Jaiman said that a girl had also filed a rape case against him in Ghaziabad, which has been stayed by the Allahabad High Court. He also told that just 7 days after this, the girl has filed a case in Jaipur.

Yash Dayal Faces Multiple Allegations; Claims of Blackmail and Legal Petitions Filed

Yash's lawyer said that a whole gang is active in this case, these people are trying to blackmail Yash by registering such cases. In such a situation, a petition was filed in the High Court on behalf of Yash Dayal to stop the action in the case. Regarding this entire incident, Jaipur's Sanganer police station in-charge said that the victim came in contact with Yash while playing cricket in Jaipur.

It is worth noting that two girls have accused fast bowler Yash of raping her by deceiving her. A girl from Ghaziabad also accused Yash that he had physical relations with the girl several times by deceiving her under the pretence of marriage, and later refused to marry her. In this case, he has got relief from Allahabad High Court.
