Pakistan Super League (PSL) has expanded with two new teams, Sialkot Stallionz and Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen, joining the roster. The upcoming season, which begins on March 26, will see a wider contingent of players getting on board. Several big names have already been roped in, both as players and support staff.
The player auction, set to take place on February 11, will further define team structures. Most franchises have already filled their pre-auction slots through retentions and direct signings. The new teams have also announced their head coaches. Below is the complete list of head coaches and captains for all PSL franchises.

With each team allowed to retain only four players, several franchises were forced to part ways with their captains. However, teams such as Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars are expected to continue with their previous-season leaders.
