IPL 2026 points table after Mumbai Indians won a high-scoring thriller against Lucknow Super Giants

Mumbai Indians have managed to keep their hope alive with an impressive victory over Lucknow Super Giants, where they chased 229 runs. Rohit Sharma performed exceptionally well by scoring 84 runs in only 44 balls, whereas Ryan Rickelton too scored 83 runs from only 32 balls. They gave a good start to MI through a 143-run opening stand.

On the other hand, Nicholas Pooran tried hard by scoring 63 runs in just 21 balls for LSG but couldn’t make any difference. Mumbai Indians successfully achieved the target by taking 8 balls less.

Despite this victory, there has been no major change in the points table. Mumbai Indians now hold the 9th spot with 6 points from 10 matches, while Lucknow Super Giants are in the last position with 4 points from 9 matches. The team sitting at the top position is Punjab Kings, and there are four teams tied with 12 points each.
