Rahul continued batting elegantly and struggled with cramps in the final hour of the day. Skipper Shubman Gill at 4 has scored 18 with the help of a boundary. Rahul remains unbeaten on 53 with 6 fours to his name. For West Indies, Jayden Seales and skipper Roston Chase picked up a wicket apiece. As it stands, India in a very comfortable position on day 1 trailing by just 41 runs at the close of play.
