Ravindra Jadeja Makes History as India’s 5th Bowler to Reach 600 International WicketsThe Indian star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja had a great game in the first ODI of the three-match series against England in Nagpur. He took three wickets and reached a historic milestone by completing 600 wickets in international cricket.

With this achievement, Ravindra Jadeja became only the fifth Indian bowler and the fourth Indian spinner to take 600 international wickets across all formats. he joined the elite list with the Indian greats like Ravichandran Ashwin, Harbhajan Singh, Anil Kumble, and Kapil Dev.

Jadeja reached this historic milestone in the 47th over of England's first innings, he bowled out Adil Rashid with his excellent bowling. With this wicket, Jadeja also broke a major record set by the former England fast bowler James Anderson. Jadeja is now the leading wicket-taker in ODIs between India and England.

The England captain Jos Buttler won the toss and decided to bat first at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. They announced their playing XI a day earlier, leaving out the fast bowler Mark Wood, Gus Atkinson, Jamie Smith, and Jamie Overton.

India came with two debutants the star batter Yashasvi Jaiswal and fast bowler Harshit Rana. The star batter Virat Kohli missed the match due to a knee injury, as confirmed by the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma at the toss.
