ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 Warm-up Matches: Full Schedule, Team Squads, Venues & Live Streaming
The ICC has announced the schedule for the Women’s ODI World Cup warm-up games. India will play two practice matches first against England on September 25 at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground 1 in Bengaluru and then against New Zealand on September 27 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Australia, the defending champions, will not play on the first day of the warm-up games. They will start their run on September 27, facing their big rivals England at the BCCI Centre of Excellence Ground 1. On the same day, two more warm-up matches will also take place.
Pakistan and Bangladesh will play their warm-up matches in Colombo at the R. Premadasa Stadium and Colombo Cricket Club. The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup is coming back to the subcontinent after 12 years and will be held from September 30 to November 2. The tournament will be played in a mix of formats across five cities: Bengaluru, Guwahati, Visakhapatnam, Indore and Colombo.
The top four teams from the round-robin stage will move on to the semifinals. In the semis, the team that finishes first will play the fourth-placed team, while the second-placed team will face the third. India will start their World Cup journey on Tuesday, September 30 against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru.
