Delhi Capitals Face Setback as Ngidi Ruled Out and Starc Still Unavailable
Ngidi, one of Delhi’s top bowlers, got hurt on April 25 in an unlucky way. He was running back to take a catch, missed the ball, and hit his head on the ground. He was taken off the field on a stretcher and rushed to the hospital. The good news is he is safe. He had some neck pain and a headache, but scans were normal, so doctors sent him home after a few hours.

Delhi wanted him to play the next match, and Ngidi was also ready. But the International Cricket Council did not allow it. As per ICC rules, a player with a concussion must rest for at least 7 days. So, he will miss the match against RCB and also the game against Rajasthan Royals.
On the other side, Starc joined the Delhi team on April 25 before the Punjab Kings match. But he is still not ready to play. Reports say Cricket Australia has not given him permission yet. That is why he did not play against RCB. However, he may come back for the next match in a few days.
