Gujarat Giants Performance in the Season 

In the six matches played so far, Gujarat Giants have won three of them. The team lost the first match of the season against the defending Royal Challengers Bengaluru by six wickets. Gujarat, despite scoring 201 runs in the first innings, lost the match as RCB chased the target, registering a historic victory. In the next five matches, Gujarat won three of them while losing two against Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians.

 

Delhi Capitals Performance in the Season 

In the WPL 2025, Delhi Capitals has come up as the best team in the season, winning five of the seven games. The team lost the only two matches against RCB and UP Warriorz. The team is currently at the top spot, and if it wins the upcoming game, which is their last match of the group stage against Gujarat, the team could end the group stage at the No. 1 position, getting the direct qualification for finals.
