The third season of the Women's Premier League already began on 14 February with a match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Giants, and in the second match, we saw a nail-biting thriller where Delhi Capitals defeated Mumbai Indians by completing the chase on the last ball. In its first match, Delhi Capitals did extremely well in their bowling, stopping the Mumbai star-packed batting lineup at just 164 runs, dismissing 8 out of 10 batters within 10 runs, only two batters performed from Mumbai's side: Nat Sciver-Burnt, who had 80 runs, and Harmanpreet Kaur, who had 40 runs.
