Bangladesh Women's cricket team players will benefit from salary hikes and additional bonuses for matches and series
The Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on December 21 that starting from the next season, the women cricketers on the central contract are going to get a pay raise; they are giving more money because they appreciate the value the female players add to cricket in Bangladesh and want to support them better.
The BCB plans to give extra money in women's cricket, showing they truly love the game; to improve things, they're paying grade A and B players an extra 20,000 BDT a month, while the C and D players are getting an extra 10,000 BDT; they think by doing this, more women's will want to play cricket professionally, and it will make the cricket game better in Bangladesh; this move is significant consequence for women cricketers, as it's helping everyone be part of a team, boosting the game and setting higher bars for female athletes in the sport. It's also proof that the BCB is staying in stride with the global push to invest in women's sports.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) just made a marvelous move to support the country's top women cricketers.They will give extra money for winning games and groups of games. If the national women's team wins an ODI match against one of the top 3 ranked teams in the ICC rankings, each player gets BDT 1,00,000. Wins against teams ranked 4-6 will earn them BDT 75,000, and for beating teams ranked 7-9, they get BDT 50,000; it's almost the same for T20Is: BDT 50,000 for defeating the top 3, BDT 35,000 for ranks 4-6, and BDT 30,000 if they win against teams ranked 7-9. The BCB announced these new rewards, showing they really back their women players.

Introduction of Domestic Contracts for Women Cricketers:
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is trying harder by adding national-level contracts for women cricketers, on top of the central contracts they already have. Now,instead of just 18 women with central contracts, 30 extra will get domestic contracts too. Faruque, who works for the BCB, shared that they're doing this to help more women cricketers have financial security, similar to the people playing in the national leagues. It's significant for the BCB to push the growth of women's cricket in Bangladesh.
