Amelia Kerr has been honored as ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year 2024
The star New Zealand all-rounder Amelia Kerr won the ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year 2024. Amelia played a key role for New Zealand to win the T20I Women's World Cup 2024 in the UAE. No player from New Zealand has ever won the award since it was introduced in 2017.

Kerr took 29 wickets in 18 matches, which is now a new national record, beating Leigh Kasperek's record of 27 wickets, achieved in 2018.
