AB de Villiers Announces Comeback to Cricket for 2025 World Championship of Legends
AB de Villiers is undoubtedly a cricketing star. Whether playing in matches around the world or showcasing his brilliance in the Indian Premier League (IPL), he has consistently been outstanding. Villiers can play all around the ground with a full range of shots. AB de Villiers retired from cricket in 2021.
Since the time he announced his retirement, there have been calls for his comeback on the cricket field. Then he posted a wonderful video on his X page and exciting important news. He's going to play cricket again at this World Championship Of Legends.

World Championship Of Legends
The World Championship Of Legends is for old cricket stars to play again. WCL has six teams and the players are extremely good at cricket. players will play for their home countries. India won the inaugural edition where they beat Pakistan and the first edition took place from July 3 to July 13.
The second edition will start from July 18 to August 2. The tournament will played in the UK. The six teams in the tournament are India, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia, England and West Indies.
Last year, Yuvraj Singh was the captain of India's cricket team and Jacques Kallis was the captain of South Africa's team. But now, AB de Villiers might be the new captain for South Africa.
