Information Management

At the Enterprise level, IPL Business Consultants assist clients to determine their Information Management Strategy and Framework. This includes examining how corporate information is structured, investigating the approaches for managing master data, and determining the optimum means by which data quality issues (such as inconsistent definitions and duplicates) can be eliminated. This advice extends through to the areas of Data Governance and compliance. At the project level IPL can perform data cleansing and migration activities, model and design new data architectures including Business Intelligence solutions, Data Warehouses, and advise on the complex data requirements associated with SOA initiatives. Training Courses

IPL Business Consultants have developed a range of cost-effective training courses.
